Welcome to Bramfield CEVC Primary School website in 2010!

Our school is a small, thriving primary school just south of Halesworth in Suffolk. It currently has 64 pupils aged 4-9 years old on the school roll, taught in small mixed-age classes.  The catchment area of the school includes a wide rural area including the  villages of Bramfield, Thorington, Walpole, Cookley,  Huntingfield, Heveningham, and parts of Linstead, Ubbeston, Cratfield and Chediston, and transport is provided from outlying areas.
In association with Stepping Stones Pre-school situated next door, the school is able to offer excellent educational facilities for children from 2 years of age, and childcare around the school day from 8-6pm from 3 years upwards. 
The school is expanding year on year to meet the needs of the local community. From September 2011/2012, as part of the Suffolk County Council changes from a three tier to a two tier system in this area, it will also offer places to children up to age 11.
